A retrospective analysis was undertaken of outcomes in 68 metastatic colorectal cancer patients who had received selective internal radiotherapy (SIRT) for unresectable liver metastases after one or more lines of chemotherapy. Median progression-free survival after the first SIRT session was 10 months (range, 1-26 months). There were no grade 3 or higher adverse events. Prospective studies are needed.
