A new acylated flavonol glycoside, quercetin 3-O-(2-trans-caffeoyl)-α-D-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), together with the known 25R,26-[(β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-22α-hydroxy-5β-furostan-3-β-yl O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), anemonin (3), β-D-glucosyl-p-hydroxyphenylethyl alc. (4), and 1-β-O-caffeoyl-D-glucose (5) were isolated from Helleborus foetidus leaves and identified on the basis of detailed spectral anal.
