In conclusion, I will seek to discuss a certain way of conceiving and describing Rousseau's theory of the 'state of nature' and 'natural law' as a pure concern of the individual. On the contrary, he probably thought of some positive and spontaneous human relationship, the 'naturality' of which cannot be underestimated.
