Dockland office building

In the harbor of Hamburg, the building covers seven floors for 40 meters in length. It has a steel framework and a glazed double skin creates ever chanting light effects and reflections in the water and gives a spectacular view. Its defining features include both the façades' transparency and the wall's strong inclination, making a kind of"deformed" box that arise from the earth to extend towards the sea.

Nel porto di Amburgo, la costruzione sviluppata su sette piani per una lunghezza di 40 metri, è costituita da una ossatura di acciaio e da una doppia pelle vetrata che oltre a creare continui giochi di luce e riflessi nell'acqua, garantisce una spettacolare vista panoramica. A caratterizzarlo non è solo la trasparenza delle facciate, ma la forte inclinazione sorta di scatola "deformata" che nasce dalla terra per protendersi verso il mare.
