In this paper the energy performance of a residential building in Paris, designed within the International Architectural Competition HABITER PARIS (as concerns the suburban quarter of Porte des Lilas) are analyzed. According to EN 12831 and EN 832 the building winter energy demand has been evaluated to prove the low-energy-consumption behaviour of the building.
