In other cases distinctions between production area and district are made of supplying of the raw materials, finally the geographic rules do not put in evidence the importance of the characteristics. In an atmosphere crowded like what it is being delineated between the products to denomination of origin and also between those of niche, the necessity of a greater clarity is felt trades them. The risk is that one to create confusion between consumers and, to lose the positive effect that has been attempted to make to acquire to the products Made in Italy. In the work come analyse some between the more important regulations than production evidencing that could negatively affect the image of the product. The aim of the reaserch is of giving to a contribution to the clarity in draw up norms that render the too much elastic laws of production with the risk to make to lose the credibility of the Made in Italy.
