Abstract
The difficulties in studying in vivo the human olfactory system depend on the anatomic location and the poor representation in human cortex. We report a home-made procedure for fMRI stimulation, analysing the olfactory responses to menthol, which is one of the so called cooling molecules that are involved in the gustatory and sensitive processing of some foods and cosmetic products.File in questo prodotto:
