The above solns. can be used as catalysts for polymn. of unsatd. monomers and for supporting metals on inorg. oxides (no data). Thus, adding NdCl3 to a hexane soln. contg. NBu2 satd. with CO2, and stirring gave Nd(O2CNBu2)3.
