We have reinvestigated (CH3OH)-C-13 isotopomer of methanol as a source of far-infrared laser emissions. The far-infrared laser was optically excited by a novel CO2 pulsed laser with peak powers up to several kW. We searched for new FIR laser lines with particular attention to lines predicted in the literature but not yet observed. In all 17 new lines have been observed and characterized, five of which were predicted in the literature.
