This paper deals with some of the issues discussed by Vittorio Villa in his latest book – the relationship between law and conflict and between law and morals; the nature and the anthropological foundation of comprehensive ethics; the subjects who should decide on Deep Interpretive Disagreements (DID) – to conclude that it is necessary to review our legal education system in order to take an appropriate approach to the issues (not only technical) raised by the DID.
