The recruitment process represents a way to evaluate the skills that a candidate needs to have in the workplace. This paper aims to evaluate the requirements for new hires in the manufacturing sector. In particular, we analysed the profiles of 620 workers recruited in 2017 by The Adecco Group in Italy. In particular, a Choice Based Conjoint analysis is performed to evaluate skills in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract
