Lunigiana e Garfagnana sono note per l’elevata sismicità e per essere storicamente terre di transito. I loro centri, omogenei per modalità insediative e costruttive, sono stati soggetti negli ultimi decenni a un progressivo spopolamento. Si intende quindi analizzare gli strumenti di pianificazione e programmazione vigenti ponendo attenzione ai metodi di indagine,al fine di comprendere le dinamiche in atto in termini di resilienza e capire quale ruolo questi centri siano chiamati a giocare oggi.
