Radar Cross Section of electrically large platforms which are partially coated with RAM is computed by employing a time effective algorithm based on hybridization of Geometrical Optics (GO) and Physical Optics (PO) numerical methods. A benchmark at 94 GHz on a cube with a side length of 5 cm is presented. The RCS of the metallic cube is computed with and without covering a face with a metamaterial absorber with a stable absorption with respect to the incidence angle.

Abstract
Radar Cross Section of electrically large platforms which are partially coated with RAM is computed by employing a time effective algorithm based on hybridization of Geometrical Optics (GO) and Physical Optics (PO) numerical methods. A benchmark at 94 GHz on a cube with a side length of 5 cm is presented. The RCS of the metallic cube is computed with and without covering a face with a metamaterial absorber with a stable absorption with respect to the incidence angle.File in questo prodotto:
