A circuit for compensating the sensitivity to pressure of integrated thermal flow meters is presented. The circuit is based on a recently proposed approach that exploits the intrinsic property of the flow sensors to detect the pressure variations. The effectiveness of the circuit is demonstrated by means of experiments performed with flows of different gases.
