Product Advanced Design represents a new frontier of research and training at Florentine Design School. This design topic focuses on interaction design, or product system innovation driven by technological applications and shaping. This research area is aiming at creating a new relationship between user and artifact. User-centered design approach represents the main topic in this disciplinary field, putting the user functions, its anthropometric values, as well as his desires and emotions, at the center of creative process. In particular Product Advanced Design Course develops concepts aiming at emphasizing both tangible product values and the emotional ones, that is the intangible values of the object.

Abstract
