Dangerousness and Criminal Justice as a Dialogue Between Italy and Türkiye brings together scholars from Italy and Türkiye who examine the concept of “dangerousness”, representing a product of a long-standing cooperation among scholars from the Universities of Pisa and of Istanbul. The concept of dangerousness has been explored with a holistic and integrated approach, offering analysis from every area of criminal law, as such, substantive criminal law, criminal procedure law and prison law. Organized in two sections, the book contains the analysis of the main issues through the eyes of experienced academicians, then giving young scholars the opportunity to shape their understandings of the topic.
