In recent years, immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has revolutionized the treatment landscape for various types of cancer. Numerous studies have documented significant tumour responses to these drugs across a range of malignancies. Despite the remarkable clinical benefits, ICIs’ treatment can trigger immune-related adverse events (irAEs) ranging from transient and benign to more severe and even fatal conditions . Among them pneumonia is termed a highly common cause of fatality associated with ICIs 3.The incidence of these events is expected to rise in the coming years. We aim to collecting data about this events in order to create a data set of the casualties that occurs in our department.
