The present study was undertaken to determine the effect of the permanence time in the aviary on the behaviour of the grey partridge. Tonic immobility test, new unknown noise test , and new unknown object test were employed. Results showed that partridges should be released at the younger ages (62d) sinve older animals (128d) showed worse behaviours.
