Abstract
The performance of an ideal device, in which heat transfer is performed with an external fluid subject to thermal oscillations, representable by any time periodical function, is investigated. The considered device can evolve both as a heat engine and as a heat pump being able to keep bodies at a constant temperature outside of the range in which the external fluid oscillates.File in questo prodotto:
