This work deals with the phase of Risk Analysis as a relevant step of any Risk Management Process (RMP). In particular, it defines the requirements for an effective risk analysis technique, in the ERP context, and proposes a specific Structural Modeling technique (Interpretive Structural Modeling) in order to point out the interdependencies and relationships among risk factors and between risk factors and effects.
