This paper discusses barriers and drivers to the selection and implementation of different Knowledge Management approaches in the process of Product Innovation. Starting from the analysis of existing literature and the results of a previous survey-based research, this study compares on a longitudinal perspective, the approaches of three companies that, while characterised by similar conditions, adopted different choices in terms of use of ICT, organisational and managerial tools to support the overall process of knowledge creation, sharing and capitalisation. Implications are relevant for both practitioners and scholars as barriers that prevent from adopting tools and approaches that are generally considered successful are analysed and research hypothesis for management research in the field are challenged and reformulated

Implications are relevant for both practitioners and scholars as barriers that prevent from adopting tools and approaches that are generally considered successful are analysed and research hypothesis for management research in the field are challenged and reformulatedI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
