The evaluation on positivity of the therapy was performed examining horse performances before therapeutic treatment and verifying the same after racing return. In all subjects 49 were thoroughbred, 48 standardbred, 20 jumping thoroughbred and crossbred performing hurdle, steeple-chase and crosscountry races, 14 horse riding italian saddle, irish hunter and quarter horse. Males and geldings were predominant; the average age was 4-5 years old; most frequent incurie were tendinous pathologies and lenght of rehabilitation was nearly less than two months. Most of horses returned to race the same category before the accident after treatment.
