This paper examines the different facets to affect positively the quality of health services. The analysis of different experience seems to confirm the close links with a growth of management skills in the healthcare sector and the design of organizational solutions with a lean approach, in the development of process-driven approach, in defining significant network solutions as an opportunity to be able to combine simultaneous improvement of quality and condition of effectiveness and efficiency.
