We present the results of the search for rare particles (magnetic monopoles, nuclearites, WIMPs and LIPs) with the MACRO detector. For magnetic monopoles (the main goal of the experiment) our limit is approximately 0.4 times the Parker bound for 10^(-4) < beta < 10^(-1).
