The cultural district in territorial development processes consents to develop business models across sectors, related to the characteristics of an area and the use of artistic and cultural component as a stimulus for cross-fertilization of ideas, initiatives, projects with the involvement of public, private, profit and non-profit organizations. For the enhance of cultural resources and local development it is necessary to carry out intervention policies and strategies based on "make system" between all parties involved and, then, generate an integrated supply system between all resources in the area (cultural, environmental, infrastructure and productive activities).
