A Course/Workshop in Nuclear Reactor Safety was organized by UNIPI in Varna (Bulgaria) at the time of the cold war (Soviet Union collapsed in 1991). Contacts crossing the iron curtain were extremely complex. The entire Course/workshop form two volumes including more than 1000 pages .The mentioned scientists edited the volume and managed the Course. Some topics of the activity are listed in the copied page below. The two volumes are available in print format by the corresponding Author.
