Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy is a useful method for metabolism studies in vivo, in a non-invasive and non-ionizing manner. However, absolute quantitation is still not fully applicable. In the present paper we propose a method, based on simulation results, for evaluating the reproducibility of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy data quantitation, as function of the signal-to-noise-ratio and the number of signals acquisition.

Abstract
