Globalizzazione e rinnovamento urbano. Il caso di greentrification a Berlino.

This study focuses its attention on the urban renewal processs in Berlin after the reunification of Germany. In particular,the research examines the project along the Spree river between the two districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain ; an example of greentrification or the role of the environment in the real estate market ; its consequences and its impact on the resident population,suggesting policies that reduce the negative social effects of this urban policy.
