Thirteen new triterpenoid saponins (1-13) were isolated from the aerial parts of Campsiandra guayanensis. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR expts. including 1D-TOCSY, DQF-COSY, ROESY, HSQC, and HMBC spectroscopy, as well as ESIMS anal. The aglycon moieties of 1-10 were assigned as oleanane derivs. and those of 11-13 as lupane derivs.
