Knowing, reviving and enhancing church buidings. Multi Criteria Decision Analysis applied to underused ecclesiastical properties

This research studies and proposes: •a data-gathering and knowledge-building procedure, leading to the construction of a quantitative and up-to-date picture of the present reality, which in turn can support all subsequent assessments; •a Multi-Criteria-Decision-Analysis-based methodology aimed at supporting ecclesiastic owners, conservation designers and public decision makers in prioritizing actions and allocating resources where they can be most effective, to the greatest benefit of territories and the communities of faithful and citizens
