This article offers a rereading of theoretical events that have affected Italian legal philosophy in mid XX century, focusing attention on ways of making legal philosophy proposed by studios jurists like Scarpelli and Fassò. A possible synthesis of these ways, which are proposed in this article, may establish, according to the author, a valid method for a legal philosophy with “Latin” inspiration.
