Analíticos y/o latinos. En torno al método de la filosofía jurídica

This article proposes a methodological reflection on the philosophy of law aimed at overcoming, harmonizing it, the traditional contrast between a typically “analytical” and a “historical” perspective. For this purpose it may be appropriate to reconsider the ways of doing philosophy of law proposed by scholars such as Scarpelli and Fassò within Italian legal philosophy in the middle of the 20th century and to evaluate the synthesis of these ways to offer an “integrated” vision to legal philosophers of different backgrounds.
