The essay analyses the features of the art. 2 of the Act n. 81 of 2015 in its evolutionary perspective, since it has recently been strongly reformed by the legislator. A focus is dedicated to the case law and to the digital economy, with special reference to the food delivery sector. The idea of the author is that the new version of the art. 2 can produce interesting results even if it is pretty hard to correctly place it in the system.
