A residential complex that stands on the shores of Lake Maggiore, make a sense of displacement its compositional law. The restoration of the five buildings was an ambitious projects, complex both in its size and features. Eighty-seven apartments of varying types and sizes, a restaurant, a café, a swimming pool and a wellness center are set here. At least in its intentions, the design was meant to take conceptual inspirations from the colors of nature, intentionally turned into different, displacing, non-camouflaging expressions.
Adagiato sulle sponde del Lago maggiore, sorge un complesso residenziale che fa dello straniamento la sua legge compositiva. Progetto ambizioso, articolato in dimensioni e caratteristiche quello del recupero di cinque edifici in cui sono ricavati ottantasette appartamenti di varie tipologie e dimensioni, un ristorante, un caffè, piscina e centro benessere. Un progetto che dovrebbe prendere spunto concettuale dai riferimenti cromatici connessi al mondo della natura, ma che si trasforma volutamente in espressione altra, spaesante, antimimetica.
