This work consists in a brief comment or reflection stimulated by a recent monograph, "The Legacy of Pluralism" (Stanford 2020), by M. Croce and M. Goldoni, enquiring into the pluralistic conceptions of Santi Romano, Carl Schmitt, and Costantino Mortati. In this paper I will present a succint discussion of some problems and topics raised by the book, showing in particular the relevance of its approach to the historiographic debate in legal philosophy.

Abstract
This work consists in a brief comment or reflection stimulated by a recent monograph, "The Legacy of Pluralism" (Stanford 2020), by M. Croce and M. Goldoni, enquiring into the pluralistic conceptions of Santi Romano, Carl Schmitt, and Costantino Mortati. In this paper I will present a succint discussion of some problems and topics raised by the book, showing in particular the relevance of its approach to the historiographic debate in legal philosophy.File in questo prodotto:
