This paper aims to describe the relation of English trade unionism with Fabian and Guild Socialism, as well as with British political pluralism, in order to observe the legal-philosophical implications of such political perspectives. Through an enquiry into the meaning of such group-activity to the development of (and the interaction between) different sources of law, I will show, in conclusion, that Unionist action in the early 20 th century can be conceived in terms of "struggle for law" and conflict of legal orders.

Abstract
This paper aims to describe the relation of English trade unionism with Fabian and Guild Socialism, as well as with British political pluralism, in order to observe the legal-philosophical implications of such political perspectives. Through an enquiry into the meaning of such group-activity to the development of (and the interaction between) different sources of law, I will show, in conclusion, that Unionist action in the early 20 th century can be conceived in terms of "struggle for law" and conflict of legal orders.File in questo prodotto:
