This essay highlights the connections between injustice and the dimension of ethical, personal and collective responsibility. In this respect, injustices are the cause of wars and peace must be built by peaceful means. The processes that build these possibilities are both moral, legal and political, involving various levels of responsibility. These statements are compared with the recent Encyclical Fratelli tutti, which proposes fraternity and global social friendship.
