The following pages tell the story about the why and how of Heliopolis 21's projects, give the reader a vision that moves from what is not human: the environment that surrounds us, the landscape, energy, soil, things, in order to go beyond them, in an attempt to emancipate the human. Emancipate him from what or from whom? From himself. Freeing him from false needs, from symbolic differences, from everything that opposes him to nature. This transition takes place at the crossroads between the history of what has been and the innovation that will be, between ancestral references and renovation of constructive morphology

Le pagine che seguono, chiamate a raccontare il perché e il come della progettualità di Heliopolis 21, consegnano al lettore una visione che muove da ciò che non è umano: l’ambiente che ci circonda, il paesaggio, l’energia, il suolo, le cose, in modo da andare oltre le stesse, nel tentativo di emancipare l’umano. Emanciparlo da cosa o da chi? Da sé stesso. Liberandolo da finti bisogni, da diversità simboliche, da tutto ciò che lo oppone alla natura. Questa transizione avviene al bivio tra la storia di ciò che è stato e l’innovazione che sarà, tra richiami ancestrali e rinnovamenti della morfologia costruttiva.
