The paper analyses how the Constitutional and Supreme courts have adapted their institutional communication during the global pandemic in order to engage with the public and the media and fulfil their duty of promoting “a culture of the Constitution”. Moving from the latest changes in the institutional communication of Constitutional Courts, the article focuses in particular on the solutions that Courts have adopted during the emergency in order to ensure transparency and accountability and at the same time, keep alive their relationship of the public. It emphasises not only how Courts have constitutional courts have tried to overcome difficulties to fulfil their functions and maintain an effective communication with the public but also the dangers of the new communication strategies of constitutional courts.

Abstract
