This contribution analyses the German discipline of the contract of inheritance (Erbvertrag), highlighting, at the same time, the potentialities that this institution could also have in the Italian legal system and the anachronism represented by the current and absolute prohibition of succession agreements.
Il saggio è dedicato all'analisi della disciplina del contratto successorio di diritto tedesco (Erbvertrag), mettendo tuttavia al contempo in luce anche le potenzialità che un istituto analogo potrebbe avere pure per il nostro ordinamento e l'anacronismo rappresento, invece, dal persistente e assoluto divieto di patti successori.
