Focusing on Italian and Dutch corporate governance systems, this study examines prevalent features, drawing on current company law and regulations. The Dutch model offers flexibility with monistic and dualistic systems, prompting a comparative analysis with the Italian framework. Through historical exploration and data analysis, this paper aims to discern similarities, differences, and potential implications for corporate decision-making.
