In the current delicate health and socio-economic situation, we identify three fundamental areas - people, companies, and territories - from which to start for the definition of new development models based on dialogue and characterized by sustainable, equitable and inclusive processes. The present work aims to outline these components in the light of proposals coming from the Laudato Sì and Fratelli Tutti encyclical letters, trying to describe the existing interconnections among them and their contribution to generative resilience processes. The dynamics of dialogue have also been discussed, as well as the actions and policies at different territorial scales which can trigger shared development processes aimed at avoiding phenomena of implosion, social exclusion, territorial marginalization.
