In recent years, we have seen a rapid pace of socio-technical change which affect the competitive strategy of organizations. Green transition speeds up the behavioural shifts of the organizations alongside more sustainable actions. Fourth industrial revolution leads to a complex business scenario where the technologies play a fundamental role. Flexibility and adaptability are required by organizations to react to these constant changes. However, the ability to react is not sufficient di per se for being competitive on the current market, but a proactive behaviour is needed. Proactive actions are enabled by building an organization environment where human resources have entrepreneurial mindset and skills. Several foresight analyses are examining competences and occupations in the entrepreneurship domain, however, a clear understanding of the skills needs is not at all a trivial task due to the increasing pace of changes and the uncertainty of the effects. In this study, we propose the mixed use of a survey to industrial experts and text mining algorithms on scientific publication to analyse the possible evolution in skills and job. The objective is to identify key enabling skills for boosting entrepreneurial mindset from the twofold perspective of industry and researchers. We collected 340 answers to the questionnaire and 31,081 papers, detecting 464 skills for the entrepreneurship domain. The results showed alignment between the entrepreneurship skills needs perceived by industry and those of the scientific community, but also revealed discrepancies in their perspectives. These findings can inform training and education programs and help to identify the most in-demand skills for the entrepreneurs of the future.

Abstract
These findings can inform training and education programs and help to identify the most in-demand skills for the entrepreneurs of the future.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
