Abstract
The position of the Vice President of the High Council for the Judiciary has always been particularly delicate, due to the role of "substantive president" that this figure is called upon to perform. This paper aims to analyze the different ways in which constitutional reforms of the justice system may directly or indirectly affect the role of the Vice President and their legitimacy in relation to the Council. It highlights certain inconsistencies that could arise from the use of random selection as the method for appointing members of the judiciarys governing body.File in questo prodotto:
