Currently, the various fields and disciplines that deal with the city employ the greatest efforts to solve climatic problems, trying to define useful strategies to reduce the anthropogenic im-pact on the environment. From this point of view, however, it is necessary to highlight other equally important social issues, such as topics relating to the accessibility of spaces for peo-ple with disabilities and, more generally, for all categories of persons. The contribution aims to highlight this theme by analyzing it from the perceptual point of view about the discipline of wayfinding. It is intended to underline how the possibility of receiving understandable and clear inputs from the environment allows to know the perceptual process that allows the peo-ple to orient themselves person to orient himself independently within the space. The analysis considers sensory deficits and different individual characteristics: aspects that invol-ve the experience and memory. In this context, the multisensory perception of architecture and urban planning plays a fundamental role, defining the relationship between the body and the urban environment. We intend to analyze the potential of the different types of communi-cation of the space according to the user, underlining the importance of inclusion to make the space usable to as many people as possible.

Abstract
We intend to analyze the potential of the different types of communi-cation of the space according to the user, underlining the importance of inclusion to make the space usable to as many people as possible.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
