This paper comments on a few remarks on Husserl's 'Logical Investigations' (in particular the last one) which can be found in Gödel's unpublished notes and were first reported by K. Hauser, and on others reported earlier by H. Wang. These remarks are significant examples of Gödel's attitude towards Phenomenology.
