This essay, sharing a methodological perspective that develops an interaction between topics and authors assumed to be “classics” within the history of political and legal philosophy, analyses the topic of the right of resistance from the perspective offered by the work of John Locke. This perspective appears to be centered on the “rhetorical” relevance of law and its language, and, for this very reason, it seems to be able to constitute an original and actual contribution to contemporary reflection on the right of resistance.

Abstract
This essay, sharing a methodological perspective that develops an interaction between topics and authors assumed to be “classics” within the history of political and legal philosophy, analyses the topic of the right of resistance from the perspective offered by the work of John Locke. This perspective appears to be centered on the “rhetorical” relevance of law and its language, and, for this very reason, it seems to be able to constitute an original and actual contribution to contemporary reflection on the right of resistance.File in questo prodotto:
