This report is one of the results of the EU-funded project FoodCLIC (integrated urban FOOD policies – developing sustainability Co-benefits, spatial Linkages, social Inclusion and sectoral Connections to transform food systems in city-regions). This deliverable describes the output of Task 2.4 (Work package 2), which entailed mapping local stakeholders to identify engaged networks and actors within city-regional food systems (CRFSs), as well as their capacities, activities, and relationships. The activities have been carried out, from February until July 2023, in the Living Labs operating in eight city-regions, namely: Aarhus (Denmark), Amsterdam (the Netherlands), Barcelona (Spain), Berlin (Germany), Brașov (Romania), Budapest (Hungary), Lisbon (Portugal) and the Plain of Lucca (Italy). The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Living Labs and their partners aiming to enhance or establish their Food Policy Networks (FPNs) by: • Providing a basic inventory of the variety of actors, and related activities, currently or potentially involved in FPNs in the eight city-regions; • Identifying their main relations, capacities, and limitations; and • Providing an overview of the actors’ motivations for engaging in FPNs.
