In this work we report the study of growth and peculiarities Of Y3Sc2Ga3O12 single crystals doped with Tm3+ and Yb3+ using the micro-pulling-down technique. The grown crystals were characterized by means of electron microscopy as well as spectroscopic analysis. We demonstrate the dopant uniformity, the homogeneity of the crystalline phase and show the spectroscopic features, compared to those of bulk crystals.
