A new procedure for simultaneously determining the thermal conductivity in the direction of two main axes of anisotropy and the integral hemispherical emissivity of the surface of conducting materials is described. A number of questions are discussed that arise during experimental implementation of this method in a facility with thyristor control of sample heating.

Abstract
